1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalentPipelinePro (talentpipelinepro.com) and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). TalentPipelinePro is operated by INTEGIRA. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

TalentPipelinePro provides UK recruitment agencies with hiring-signal intelligence: screening of recruitment agencies and target companies via Companies House public records, and dossiers highlighting dated, publicly-verifiable business signals (such as a fresh senior appointment or a registered charge) that may indicate a company is growing or hiring. The Services are under active development and features, scope, and pricing may change as the product evolves.

3. Eligibility and Intended Use

The Services are intended for professional business use by recruitment agencies and similar business development purposes, not for consumer use. You must be authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you represent when using the Services.

4. User Obligations

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by attempting bulk or automated re-extraction of data beyond the Service's own intended function
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including UK GDPR and PECR, when acting on any information obtained through the Services

5. Companies House Data - Acceptable Use

Because the Services rely on public data obtained via the Companies House API, the following specific restrictions apply:

• You may not use dossiers, prospect lists, or any Companies House-derived data to build a resold or republished mirror of the public register, or a general-purpose people-search or credit-reference product.
• You may not use any data obtained through the Services to make an automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning a named individual.
• You may not use any individual's details (such as a named director) obtained through the Services for unlawful direct marketing.
• You must comply with Companies House's own terms of use for its public data at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and within our Services, other than data sourced from Companies House's public register, are owned by INTEGIRA or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. No Warranty on Signal Accuracy

Signal dossiers and prospect data reflect dated, publicly-verifiable indicators only (such as a director appointment or registered charge), and are provided as a proxy worth checking, never as a confirmed statement that any company has an open role, a specific hiring need, or any particular financial position. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it commercially.

8. Payment Terms

The Services are currently offered on a limited basis while under development. Where a paid plan is introduced, its terms (including billing frequency, cancellation, and refund policy) will be described at the point of purchase and will supplement these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTEGIRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim, or, where no fees have been paid, shall not exceed £100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTEGIRA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. Any outstanding fees remain due.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

This is an early version of these Terms and will be revised as the Service develops. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
